Gambaran tersebut paling sedikit mencakup persyaratan dan ruang lingkup sertifikasi, penjelasan proses penilaian, hak pemohon, biaya sertifikasi dan kewajiban pemegang sertifikat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LSP UNG mensyaratkan kelengkapan pendaftaran, yang ditandatangani oleh pemohon sertifikasi. Kelengkapan pendaftaran minimum mencakup:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>informasi yang diperlukan untuk mengenali pemohon&nbsp; sertifikasi,&nbsp; seperti nama, alamat dan informasi lainnya yang dipersyaratkan dalam skema sertifikasi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ruang lingkup sertifikasi yang diinginkan pemohon;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pernyataan bahwa pemohon setuju untuk memenuhi persyaratan sertifikasi dan memberikan setiap informasi yang diperlukan untuk penilaian;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>informasi pendukung untuk menunjukkan secara obyektif kesesuaiannya dengan prasyarat skema sertifikasi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pemberitahuan kepada pemohon tentang kesempatan untuk menyatakan, dengan alasan, permintaan untuk disediakan kebutuhan khusus;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>LSP UNG menelaah berkas pendaftaran untuk konfirmasi bahwa pemohon sertifikasi memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dalam skema
